Workshops

CAPCOG periodically schedules workshops on various topics of interest ranging from economic development financing to building codes standardization to state legislative issues. As those workshops are scheduled, they will be posted here.

Presentations

CAPCOG staff are available to make presentations to local governments, civic organizations, community associations, and other groups that may have an interest in regional planning issues. The CAPCOG Overview describes what a regional council of governments does, its statutory authority, general programs, and specific initiatives. The Speaker's Bureau provides a speaker for a specific program or initiative coinciding with the agency programs. State of the Region is an overview of regional growth trends and projections.
