In addition to answering your questions, the class will cover: New Legislation from the 81st Legislative Sessions, Current Notary Laws, Proper Record Keeping, Avoiding Official Misconduct, Administering Oaths & Acknowledgments, Legal Procedures & Processes of Notarization and Liability Protection Practices for Notary & Employer.
