SUMMARY:Air Quality Survey
DESCRIPTION:The CAPCOG Air Quality Program is conducting a community survey to aid in the development of its next regional plan. The survey will close April 24\, 2026 and is seeking input from those who live and travel through the five-county metropolitan statistical area (MSA) — Bastrop\, Caldwell\, Hays\, Travis\, and Williamson counties. \nTake the Survey \nThe air quality plan will guide the program and participating local governments on regional air pollution issues pertaining to the MSA. It will help the region\, including the counties outside the MSA\, to: \n\nMaintain and improve outdoor air quality within the MSA;\nReduce the impact of emissions from within the region on air quality issues in nearby areas and elsewhere; and\nMitigate the health\, environmental\, economic\, and social impacts of the remaining regional air pollution.
