The SWAC then make funding amount recommendations for the CAPCOG Executive Committee to consider\, which will submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for final approval. \nThe SWAC also may discuss issues related solid waste management throughout the region to include solid waste collection and disposal\, household hazardous waste collection and disposal\, material diversion\, recycling and more.
