Optimizing the Paycheck Protection Program Loan

The Office of the Governor and the Texas Workforce Commission are hosting a one-hour webinar about how to optimize the CARES Act’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for small businesses.

Federal programs in the CARES Act, such as the PPP, continue to provide relief for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The webinar will focus on optimizing PPP loans and maximizing their forgiveness. It will address changes to PPP loan terms and explain how to calculate the potential forgiveness of a loan. The webinar also will provide small business owners and entrepreneurs with guidance on available state and federal resources and information on financial and non-financial supports.

A live question and answers session will feature experts such as senior executives from the U.S. Small Business Administration, Small Business Development Centers and the Texas Workforce Commission.
