Older Adult Health & Wellness Training: A Matter of Balance

The Area Agency on Aging of the Capital Area (AAACAP) is sponsoring a program to help older adults, 60 years old or older, reduce their risk and fear of falling. A Matter of Balance – Managing Concerns about Falling is a free eight-session program. The evidence based features group discussions, problem-solving strategies and physical activity to help participants prevent or manage falls, maintain independence and increase activity levels.

This course runs every Monday from Sept. 23-Nov. 18, 2019. There will be no class on Nov. 11, 2019.
