Drug Facts

CAPCOG is hosting the Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center at Prairie View A&M University for a workshop dedicated to enhancing the understanding of substance use, misuse, and dependence - particularly among teens. During this workshop – "Drug Facts: Building awareness of substance use, misuse and dependence among teens" – participants will learn how attitudes about addiction drive behavior, the science of addiction, and the risk and protective factors associated with substance use. Each two hour session will include current information pertinent to teen use.
