Criminal Justice Grant Workshop

This online workshop is in-depth walkthrough of the CAPCOG criminal justice grant process for Plan Year (PY) 2027 that will inform attendees about the funding opportunities’ applicant and project eligibility requirements, the state and CAPCOG’s application process, and CAPCOG’s prioritization, review and evaluation process.

It will introduce applicants to the 2025-2030 Criminal Justice Strategic Plan and outline how the plan guides the review and recommendation process this year. The workshop also will cover the PY 2027 timeline and key events, funding limitations, and other important details to help prepare a competitive application.

Participation in a CAPCOG criminal justice grant workshop is associated with five points toward an application score. Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen an application and ensure you are fully prepared for the upcoming grant cycle.

This workshop is one of two opportunities applicants can take to get this useful information. CAPCOG also will conduct an in-person workshop on Jan. 6. Application points will only be added for attending one of the two workshops.
