Venue Address:

Each student MUST have an active profile created in the Training Portal and be registered using their account information before registration closes.
- Registering personnel using another person’s profile may significantly impact the existing user’s certification history and delay the certification of new employees.
-
Students new to our Training Portal may create an account at https://courses.prioritydispatch.net.
-
An account likely already exists for students who have previously been certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. If assistance is needed to retrieve account information, contact Academy Member Services at certs@emergencydispatch.org and provide identifying information (member number, current and previous names, former email addresses).
-
Registering for an initial certification class will automatically enroll the student in a mandatory prerequisite course titled “Online Universal Telecommunication Essentials Course (OUTEC).”
- For students that have achieved ETC certification within two years of the class start date, OUTEC is not required.
- For more information on OUTEC, please see our OUTEC FAQ page.
- Students who have not met the OUTEC requirement will not be admitted to the training and must reschedule for a later class.
-
Full attendance at all sessions is required for students to be eligible for certification.
