Parking in Brown Cody Lot
This 4 hour course will provide information on changes in the law made during the 89th Texas Legislative Session which affect most peace officers in the State of Texas. The emphasis of this course is in the area of Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Education Code, Health and Safety Code and Transportation Code changes as well as selected court cases. This is not an all-inclusive recitation of every change, nor is it intended as legal advice.
