Most telecommunicators wish to be viewed as professional people, treated as professional people, and paid as professional people. These expectations are certainly valid. This thought-provoking 8-hour workshop brings into sharp focus what it means to truly conduct oneself as a professional in the PSAP. Discovering who you are, setting yourself apart and finding your direction. Discover the power of optimism – getting rid of negativism. We ARE Professionals and there ARE related expectations. Great workshop for the career minded Communications Professional.
