This is a 4 hour class.   We will have a morning class from 8:00am-12:00pm and an afternoon class from 1:00pm-5:00pm

HeroLight Training is excited to be one of the first public safety training leaders in the country to offer sound healing through “sound baths” in the classroom for our first first responders.

HeroLight Founder and 911 Instructor and Healer, Tracy Ertl, will guide attendees through the science and exciting application of sound healing into the wellness and performance of 911 professionals and field units. The modality is incredibly effective in reducing stress in real time which is what busy first responders need.

Tracy will be guiding you through a powerful sound healing journey designed to help regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect with the present moment. Using a combination of crystal alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and breathwork, she creates a safe space for stillness, expansion, and transformation as a 911 professional.

Why sound? Because sound meets you where words can’t. Working within 911 we are auditory based which makes sound healing highly effective!

It bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the body, the soul, and the energy we carry. It supports deep rest, clarity, and connection with self— without needing to “figure it all out.”

Whether you’re carrying stress from calls, radio traffic, navigating agency or life changes, or simply seeking peace within your first responder mission… you are welcome here.

A 60-minute sound bath will be given after instruction.

It just might change your system and your life. Attendees will access their creativity and resilience through release writing activities and safe classroom exposure to professional water play, all meant to secure the nervous system.

This class is perfect for all public safety roles.

 Perfect for:

·        Nervous system regulation within the tactical environment of public safety mission

·        Emotional release from hard calls – current or years ago – and life itself

·        Mental clarity on your personhood and mission as a public safety hero

·        Time to simply be; nothing expected of you but breath

·        Increased productivity in the aftermath due to the science of release

·        Increased command of mind and body leading to higher performance

·        The potential to restore weary first responders and increase longevity in the field or inside communications centers

·        Increased sense of peaceful autonomy which has the potential to create better teamwork
