Equip participants with a deep understanding of the FEMA PA program, including the disaster declaration process, PA eligibility and categories of work, critical pre-award steps, use of FEMA’s Grants Portal/Manager tools, and post-award grant management (documentation, procurement, reporting, and closeout).  Emphasis is on engagement and practical application and avoiding “death by PowerPoint” by using discussions, hands-on exercises, quizzes, and the scenario as a learning tool.
