CAPCOG will provide lunch for attendees. It requests people RSVP to provide an accurate lunch headcount. However, the meeting is open to the public and registration is not required to attend.

CAPCOG will create a draft agenda with discussion topics so local governments can post the meeting if they choose to send multiple elected officials to the event. This event is tentatively scheduled for the East Williamson County Higher Education Center, 1600 Innovation Blvd. in Hutto.
