The CAPCOG bylaws state the purpose of the council and define how it is organized and managed. Included within the bylaws are CAPCOC’s regulations for its membership, representation of the CAPCOG General Assembly, and the selection and powers of the CAPCOG Executive Committee. It also defines the CAPCOG Executive Director’s authority and outlines some fiscal responsibilities of the council.
The CAPCOG Policy and Advisory Committees also have their own set of bylaws, which outlines their purpose and structure. Those bylaws can be reviewed on the committee's webpages.
