The Capital Area Emergency Communications District Strategic Advisory Committee (CAECD SAC) assists in planning and reviewing policies and infrastructure for operating emergency communications systems throughout the 10-county region. The committee consist of local government practitioners from the emergency communications field and advises CAPCOG staff and the CAECD Board of Managers.
