The Capital Area Initiatives Foundation (CAIF), a 501(c) 3 nonprofit corporation created by the CAPCOG Executive Committee in 1999 for the purpose of pursing private foundation funding to support programs that complement existing programs of CAPCOG, will be meeting upon the adjournment of the Capital Area Emergency Communications District Board of Managers meeting.
The members of the CAPCOG Executive Committee serve as the directors of the Foundation and elect the officers of the Foundation.
