CAPCOG staff fosters relationships between large and small communities throughout its ten-county region, which has led to partnerships and sharing resources for emergency communications, homeland security, law enforcement training, transportation, economic development and meeting older adults’ needs.

CAPCOG’s management team has an open-door policy and works with employees to encourage a constructive and collaborative working environment with state and local government agencies to meet the region’s planning needs.
